Loop is a theme for shoe, clothing and everyday-goods shops that publish the carbon footprint of what they sell. Its central feature is the footprint scale: every product placed on one ruler by its kg CO₂e figure.
On the scale, shoppers drag a red limit marker to see which products fall under it, switch between per item and per wear (grams of CO₂e per wear, from an expected number of wears), filter by product group, and add a product to the bag from the readout. Each product's figure is split into materials, making, transport and end of life. On phones the scale turns upright and keeps the same controls.
Footprint figures come from product metafields that the theme declares on install. The same data appears on product cards as a chip and a small rule against a benchmark you set (for example a typical sneaker at 14 kg), on the product page as a footprint label with a per-wear toggle and the source of each figure, and on collection pages as a footprint histogram with a limit slider and sorting by lowest footprint.
Loop is built for selling abroad. A country prompt suggests the shopper's country, a picker in the header, the phone menu and the footer changes country, currency and language through the store's own localization settings, and a "Where we ship" page template lists every country you sell to with its currency, a search field and notes per country.
The home page sections include a photo hero with a product tag, a fact strip, collection tiles, product grids, a materials accordion, an image with steps, animated numbers, image panels, captioned pictures and recent blog posts. Product, collection, search, bag, account, sign-in with one-time codes, order tracking, saved products, blog, contact, password and store-state pages are all included.
Three styles are included: Chalk, Lichen and Clay. Colours come from four editable schemes, and corners, button shape, heading weight, page width, spacing and motion are theme settings. Storefront text and editor labels are translated into English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.
